This service is designed for landlords who would specifically like to build a relationship with their tenants and are happy to arrange maintenance work, however, would rather not deal with the financial aspects of a tenancy.
Collection of rent per calendar month.
Monthly payment to Landlord by BACS when cleared funds are received and the money is lawfully due.
Monthly statement issued.
Two references are included within this service, should there be more tenants and/or a guarantor required please refer to our Schedule of Fees.

This is an option for landlords who are happy to play an active role within their tenancy. We will find you a tenant/s and fulfill all the relevant requirements for the tenant/s to move into your property. Once the tenant/s is in occupation everything will be handed over to the landlord to manage thereafter. All rental payments and maintenance issues will be dealt with directly between the landlord and tenant/s.

Accompanying All Viewings.
Initial Tenancy Agreement and other required documents.
Notify the Council and utility companies (where known) of a new Tenancy Commencement.
Collection of first month’s rent.
Payment to landlord by BACS (commission deducted as per our terms of business).
Provide commencement of Tenancy statement and confirmation letter.
